SMILE — Way to Shorten distance between two peoples
Why don’t scientists trust atoms? Because they make up everything. :)
Let me start with a story.
My recent visit to a doctor amazed me when I saw everyone were carrying fear-loaded tense faces. Who silently & eagerly waiting for their results. It seems like everyone were having a kind of cold war in their minds. The whole cabin looked like a living people’s graveyard. where silent bodies were sitting around with no intention of initiating a conversation to each other. No one wanted to know anything just expecting the result and their number as per chit. The only thing that was there is the awkward silence.
After a quiet while, a toddler with her mom entered. I don’t know how, but after their entry, there was a layer of cheers and joy in the room. Within 15 minutes, something dramatic happened. Everyone wanted to play with that toddler. It seems that someone painted that dark gray-scale room with vibrant colors. Everybody is cheering, playing, and making weird faces just to catch that toddler and wanted to play with him.
On my return, I found out that this toddler has a special power. The power of SMILE :-)
That true to say, that a genuine smile is contagious & shortens the distance between two peoples :)
Fake it until you make it:
I found out that your smile creates a happiness feedback loop stimulating our reward system, which further increases endorphins (happiness hormone) resulting in us feeling better. In other words, smiling can trick your brain into believing you’re happy, which ultimately makes your surroundings happy.
It turns out the benefit of smiles isn’t limited. Happy smiling individuals have a more positive outlook towards others. Researchers say that children smile at least 400 times a day. While Adults are only 20.
Benefits of smiling more often
- Reduced blood pressure
- Increased endurance
- Reduced pain
- Reduced stress
- A strengthened immune system & countless many other benefits that are there when you smile & share happiness
A smile is not just a contraction of muscle it has much more than that said by “Mother Teresa”
Smile also defines your Life journey.
If you want to find out how well you have lived, get out your old photos book or gallery and count the number of smiles. The number of smiles is the measure of your life’s awesome moments.
How often do we have to smile?
That totally depends upon you and your desire to live a happy cheerful life in all the conditions that life throws at you. Accept the challenges with a long hug and smile and see how that would turn out. I have tried it and tested this method. It works every time for me :)
I challenge you no to laugh with a disclaimer:
Watch the video down below, I guarantee you that you can not resist smiling. I’m warning you because that can be very funny, even if it doesn’t have any words at all, but I have found this is the funniest video ever I ever seen. & it will definitely help you to feel good.
