Running just like play and pause:
Suppose you are running late and instead of walking you choose to run. You ran for 3-5 minutes and stop for a break and then again start. It's just as easy as it when you tired stop and when you want to run start again it's as easy as swifting task as in smartphone
Running makes you disciplined :
When you became a marathon runner you became much more disciplined in every aspect of life, this is because of that disciplined schedule you followed in your practice sessions. Proper hydration, proper rest with proper stretching and other related things what it thought you make you disciplined
Running make you fitness lover:
As I told you earlier I never had an interest in running or any Kind sports but after certain achievements I became different personality than before now I became much more self conscious about myself about my limits and know how much far I can go
Running taught you lessons :
There are many lessons a running can taught you but there are 5 lessons a running person knows well are
Every day is not your day:
Sometimes weather, sometime track, sometime internal factors there are many things can stop you from running but person knows it he or she can manage and try another day to do his/her best
All experiments on practice run day only :
Whether you bought new shoes or want to try new street food. Never do it in run day or day next your next marathon. There is always advisable that you should avoid new experiments before or on race day
Proper hydration is the key :
If the body is properly hydrated it can achieve anything. Whether running your next marathon or breaking new world records. Proper hydration must needed. If you feel thirsty while you are running that directly means you are dehydrated and need proper hydration.
Don't chase : Don't try to chase anybody, running means became better version of yourself
Run and stay motivated : You need to stay motivated because running is not only physical game but also one. Proper balance needed which will come after disciplined practice and some experiments (hit and trial) I can say.
Run - sleep - eat - repeat :
As my instructor always said that when I was preparing for a marathon the only thing you have to do is run - sleep - eat - repeat. The only way to ensure to become a good runner instead of practice weekly for few km
Running became your life :
Once you start your daily disciplined habit it became a ritual for you. You felt tired when you missed a day or days activity. Don't trust me try it on and start doing it for some months you will feel more energetic and became ready to do kind of personality. You all that quote slowly and steadily win the race for me it became like this slowly and steadily practice makes you marathon runner .
